What we do

We provide the following services free of charge, although we welcome any donations to help fund our work:

Identifying and advising on the strength of potential claims
Completing the ACAS early conciliation form and negotiating on your behalf
Making a claim to the Employment Tribunal
Helping you prepare for an Employment Tribunal hearing
Negotiating a settlement with ACAS
Representation at the Employment Tribunal
Enforcing an Employment Tribunal judgment
Advising on settlement agreements
